This brake assembly is protected by a sealed cast iron drum housing that encloses all internal braking components. The complete integrated unit includes the following critical parts:

• High-Friction Brake Shoes

Every component is precision-machined and assembled to form a fully integrated, maintenance-friendly braking module that eliminates complex installation and adjustment processes.

When electrical power is applied, the electromagnet engages, forcing the brake shoes to expand outward and grip the brake drum tightly to activate the braking function.

When power is disconnected, the return springs retract the brake shoes, releasing the contact with the drum to disengage braking completely.
